Bob, I was born on 1944, so I'm not so young as you think.
Probably we are the same age. 8)
But I never look back at the past, I'm always looking to the future.
I have received a lot of good and many more bad things in my life but, despite this, every morning when I wake up, my first thought is
"What wonderful things are waiting for me today?"
I'm not asking for applause, I'm only saying that El Christou has a lot of things to do for his job and his life, so it's both useless and unkind to try to speed-up him.
My thought, obviously.
BTW, you probably know of the long cooperation between me and Chris for Mercury, Vostok, Voyager, Apollo 11 projects, and "Something to come for 2008", but I NEVER asked him:
"Hey Chris, are you sleeping? Anything new?".
Take it easy, Bob.
Your friend

Andrea :D

Ha, ha...

Was NOT trying to speed my friend up in the process. Was just making a
statement about my lousy health, and my hurry to see the latest before
I depart this Earth. No bother to me. I've done everything in life that I ever
wished to do, so I'm very happy. (Except for the fact that I'm still HERE!) :(

Sorry Christophe, was really NOT trying to speed you up, and I figure that
you'd probably just tell me where to get off anyway if I did. :D

I love you guys. By the way Andrea, you ARE older than myself, but not
by too much. I was simply trying to get a rise out of you. I figured that if
you were 44 or so, I could STILL call you a kid. Obviously, I was wrong.
If you like, you can call ME a Snot-Nosed kid. Hee, hee.

Thanks, Brain-Dead

Hey BOB, why not say "we are still kids"?
Hehehehe!
BTW: who is older than me in Celestia group? :?:
Just curious.
Bye

Andrea :D

Gotta say I'm just a kid (37) but sometimes I feel much, much older... Of course, I've survived more than many my age so I see life a bit differently.

I was reading a book yesterday that had the quote (paraphrased) "we enjoy the youth of old age, more than the old age of youth because we can stop or at least slow down the foolish competitions and longing for things we cannot attain."

Buggs, I'm sorry that you feel older than your age, but you have not to fall in the trap of selfcommiseration.
My God, you are a boy, you have a long life in front of you, rich of things to come, some bad but surely many wonderful, and anyhow a continuous discovery, day by day, don't you agree? 8)
Thanks a lot for the phrase, it's VERY correct and depicts what SHOULD be the life vision of the no more young people, like I am.
Bye

Andrea :D .
