Just a note:
Paul Schwartz, which you may remember is responsible for the french JTPS e-book and webpages translation, is in the process of doing the same for our Buran Add-On. So, thanks to him, we will soon have a fully french version, too (webpage, CELX, docs) :-D

As soon as i find the time, i´ll need to complete a version 2 of the Buran, incorporating Chris´orientation scripts and Andrea´s exhaust colors. Hopefully, in the end of may.

Paul has sent me a french version of the Buran Flight script, together with a translated Buran Web site. I also have Chris Laurel´s quaternation file, which will simplify the SSC file a lot. The only thing i need to produce a V2 now is Andrea´s thruster graphics. Can you post it?

Version 2 will now be a dual english-french release. I will have it up by the end of may.

Update:
Chris Laurel is working on the quaternation file, so i am waiting for him to get back to me. The french version is complete, so the SSC update is all that is left to do.

While i wait, i made the "signature graphic" into a full-size wallpaper :-D

So, some old-fashioned propaganda, yet again, but in much better quality:

Well 'quaternation' sounds a bit like 'incarnation' , an intrinsically "sexy" word, of course.

What makes that typo particularly 'sexy' is that 'quaternation' has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the mathematical notion of a quaternion. The latter is an object that is used in pure and applied math and describes a most intriguing object. In the more practical sciences, like 'computer science', quaternions are used effectively to represent 3d rotations. The point being that quaternion rotations take considerably less CPU cycles than rotations embodied via matrices.

As a reminder, this is a MATRIX: ;-)

0 & -1 & 0 & 0 \\
0 & 0 & -1 & 0 \\
0 & 0 & 0 & -1 \\ \end{array} \right)[/tex]

This example shows that LateX is NOT working in CM!

Well, it works if you delete the hard line breaks. But perhaps it messes up your expressions?
Else, we must re-write the script so that it escapes hard line breaks. I cannot use a lot of time on that right now, but if you want to have a look, i´ll help.

Suberb picture, i will print a poster for my home.

I' am searching this kind of picture for my new launchpad (complex 31for Soyuz and Vostok)

Unfortunatly, while i 'am working on this new pad, i notice that my N1/Buran launchpad is not at the good place.

If you enable night light and go over the pad you will see that.
I don't now that to do about this for the moment, if i change to the good place , we have to redo the xyz trajectory.
