Absolutely stunning work here Chris... I'm going to try a Apollo 9 scenario... these models will look great in Earth orbit!

Will do Chris... having some trouble with the orbital data... I'm trying to get them in close proximity to one another... finding this hard. Also got the CSM tracking sideways!

Working on it... any tips here?

Can't help you with your current orientation problems, but your models are simply and absolutely beautiful. Man what talent you have my friend.

You should believe it. Absolutely spectacular on my machine.

By the way, all of those high-resolution images of the SLA panels can now be gotten from the following web site:

The Project Apollo Image Gallery

Just search under the Apollo 7 area for the high-resolution stuff. This is where I gathered approximately 30 different images. I believe that I already e-mailed three of them to you, but the rest can all be found on this web site. Might save some more unpleasantly large e-mails from old Brain-Dead.

Hey, very nice surprise, Chris!
Are the XYZ for it in the works, too?

Tx Bob! Will have a look any time soon!

Runar, not really; Linuxm@n got some health trouble, so for now I let him gather strength before all.
Now considering the use of reference frames for the simple orbit of 3 models grouped together (see shatters), I think it will be a really challenge. Finally for now only Selden an Chris are really able to understand the subtleties of those defs, so... We will see how to do... (there is a lot of rotating stuff (antennas) + placement of models + ignition of thrusters etc... the whole think should be quite comlpicated...)

Runar, one stuff that we could probably test is the blast of during the take off of the AS; we need to create and effect for the many pieces flying all around... Any ideas on how we could do that?

What are the many pieces? Is it more than just the dust?
