just some fun on fathersday

this is the HI res ( 423 MiB ) mesh

will be smaller with a normal map

as normal i am aiming for about 12 meg zip

making progress

a 9.5 meg zip with 3.8 of that the spice kernel

i think the mesh is too low res ( 1.4 meg obj file and 643 kib cmod )
2k texture and 2k normalmap

a bit higher res mesh ( 10 MiB cmod) and 4 k textures

and in the spice section

normally i make the normal map from a heightmap and the nms tool
this time i am trying a multires normalmap bake from blender

using the 420 meg mesh to bake a normalmap onto the 24 meg mesh

You should definitely make more of these ! This one is literally perfect ! 8)

Also, can you add some craters ? How do you make these textures ?
