Hi,

I'm trying to convert some MARCI images in other useful image format, with the georreferenced information include (something like geotiff, for example).
So, I have used the instructions or steps in viewtopic.php?f=9&t=194&start=225 ir order to have a cub with the longitude and latitude and export it to a tif... but the result is like noise.

The result for odd and even images:

The ISIS version that I have been using is 3.4.11.6414, and I downloaded all the data (kernels, calibrate files, etc...) in my computer
I think that I have some problem with cam2map, but I don't find the solution. Just in case here is the command I used:

Since you are putting a geographic boundary to the image, you are in a sense cropping the image. You need to play with the flip option when using marci2isis. This is due to a bug which I reported last year. https://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/Isis ... l#msg15700
The work around for the issue I was having while using crop was to set the flip to yes or no. The default is auto. See here.

But this caused other issues with the geo referencing as I stated in the bug report. Since I was using crop and not giving a latitude / longitude boundary with cam2map, I'm not sure if you'll have this same problem. Setting the flip option did get the image to "LOOK" right. It was just not getting placed on the map where it was supposed to be.

As far as I know, this was not fixed yet.

At least for my region of interest... we'll see in other images.
In this image was enough to put flip=no.
