Well, Pluto's new color map (Jan 19, 2017), http://pluto.jhuapl.edu/Multimedia/Scie ... age_id=471 clearly provokes playing a bit with various Pluto/Charon views. Here we go:

While these latest colors of Pluto (Jan 19, 2017) may look a bit "unfamiliar", don't forget that this is presumably due to a used enhanced color strategy.

Cheers,
Fridger

Really nice. I see that the closeups of Pluto using the new texture show clear topography shadows. Is there a normal map to go with this new pluto texture? is it available anywhere for download?
